Bowers Farm is looking for energetic, flexible, and dependable staff for Farm Camp.
We have staff that serve as group leaders, group assistants, station leaders, and partners for our campers with disabilities. Our staff range in age from juniors in high school and up.

Work Remotely While Your Child Farms
We know we live out in the country. In hopes of making Farm Camp accessible to more families for our 1/2 day camps, our porch will be open and wifi available for parents who would like to work or even just hang out during camp. We know we're biased, but it's a beautiful porch with an almost constant breeze and plenty of work space.

If you'd rather work somewhere else, Genesis Hub in downtown Newberry is a perfect office away from the office.

Who is Farm Camp For?
Children who have a curiosity about the world around them. No farming experience or knowledge needed.
Farming is for everyone!
Each day we will talk about different animals on the farm as well as the garden. Children will learn about how each animal is cared for and what they're raised for. Our farm kids will be able to help with chores and be able to touch many of the animals and see what makes them each so special.
